The Hannon Library at Southern Oregon University (SOU) is seeking candidates for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track, Web and Discovery Librarian. This position will develop and manage the Hannon Library website, the ExLibris Primo discovery layer, LibGuides, and other library web platforms. An essential aspect of this position is a commitment to improving the web interface and enhancing student success through solid usability, accessibility, and information architecture practices.

Employment: Public Humanities Fellow, The Newberry Library

The Newberry Library’s D’Arcy McNickle Center for American Indian and Indigenous Studies seeks an early career scholar in Indigenous Studies to serve as a Public Humanities Fellow for two years, beginning in September 2020. The Fellow will assist with the activities of a grant (funding pending) that will develop strategies to make the Indigenous Studies collection at the Newberry Library more accessible and useful to Native communities in the United States.
